As a teaching artist, Leonard is committed to transforming his creative practice into captivating, professional, and dynamic educational experiences. He has a keen eye for every student’s sparkle of creativity, nurturing confidence, skill, and authentic expression in an encouraging atmosphere. He’s passionate about helping students develop and build their creative potential, learning to accept uncritically innovative ideas and build authenticity through hands-on experimentation, open dialogue, and a supportive studio environment.
